End User Licence Agreement
Noesis QuickBooks Reporting is an internal reporting tool developed for Noesis Enterprise.
The application is used only by authorised Noesis management and staff to retrieve accounting, sales, customer, inventory, invoice, payment, and receivables information from the company’s own QuickBooks Online account.
The application is not sold, licensed, distributed, or offered to external users, customers, doctors, clinics, suppliers, or third parties.
Access to the application is restricted to authorised Noesis personnel. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for using the information only for legitimate business reporting, sales follow-up, stock monitoring, receivables tracking, and management review.
The application does not create patient records, medical records, or clinical treatment records. It is used only for internal business and accounting reporting.
Noesis may modify, suspend, or discontinue access to this internal application at any time.
By using this application, authorised users agree to use the data only for Noesis business purposes and not to copy, disclose, sell, or share the data with unauthorised persons.
